Monthly Financial Planning and Investor Reporting: You execute comprehensive monthly financial planning to ensure financial stability and growth and prepare investor reports.
Update Financial and Liquidity Plan: You regularly update financial plans (cost forecast, sales and team planning update) and liquidity forecasts to reflect current and projected financial status.
Pre-liminary Accounting: You handle preliminary accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Prepare Applications and Reports for Public Grants: You manage and prepare necessary applications and reports for public grant funding, ensuring compliance and maximizing funding opportunities.
Individual Mini-Projects: You lead mini-projects focused on improving project management and process optimization skills.
Mentoring and Supervision: You work closely with a dedicated mentor and will be supervised by a colleague to foster professional growth and collaborative success.
Duration of Commitment: You are available to join our team ideally for at least a 12-month period, ensuring consistency and the ability to contribute to long-term projects.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You possess strong written and verbal communication abilities in English (and ideally German). You are capable of contributing effectively in a fast-paced and highly agile development environment.
Numerical Affinity and Data Enthusiasm: You exhibit a strong inclination and enthusiasm for working with numbers and data, essential for accuracy in financial analysis.
Technical Proficiency: You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerBI, and DATEV. Basic Python programming skills would be highly advantageous.
Current Enrollment in Relevant Degree: You are actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Business Informatics, or Industrial Engineering or gained equivalent professional experiences.
Experience in Finance & Accounting: You have proven voluntary or professional work experience in finance and accounting, showcasing your practical knowledge and competency in the field.
